Persnickety Pumps

Thank you for being among the first to buy & try our new Cherry on Top Conditioner! We hope you are loving the product as much as we do - that is, if you can get the pumps open! Some customers are reporting issues "unlocking" the pumps. We are so sorry about this and can replicate the issue here at the office - so no, you are not crazy!  But we have the solution!!!

TO FIX: Tighten the BASE of the pump a bit more (turning it clockwise). When fully tightened to the bottle, the locking mechanism is triggered. You can then turn the TOP of the pump a quarter-turn counterclockwise and the pump should unlock! Of course, make sure you remove the protective collar as well. Sometimes a little more fiddling may be needed, but this usually works.
