Shipping, Delivery and Refunds

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and to APO/FPO addresses

What shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?

Dabble & Dollop uses DHL Ground for our standard and free shipping delivery options. We also offer FedEx overnight shipping on all orders.We've worked hard to cover as much of the shipping costs as possible on your orders. Shipping prices are based on weight and will be calculated in your cart at the time of checkout. For example, Standard Shipping costs for our Starter Kit is only $5.00. We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $60.00. Prices for all orders are calculated at the time of check out. 

When will my order ship?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Orders places after noon Pacific on Fridays and orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday and ship from our warehouse in Southern California. Should there be a delay for any reason, we will contact you. If you have not received your order confirmation or have a tracking number that is not reporting properly, please email us at info@dabbleanddollop.com or call us at 562.661.9783.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All products ship from our facility in Southern California. Shipping times vary based on your delivery location and the method of shipping you select. We will provide you with a tracking number for all orders that will allow you to see, in real-time, the progress of your shipment once in the hands of our carrier partner(s).

Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?

If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dabbleanddollop.com. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

Where's my package?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from our shipping provider in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder.If you believe your package is missing, we will start a trace with our carrier partner and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days. We cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at info@dabbleanddollop.com. We will speak with you directly and, if necessary, replace the damaged package.

What is your return and refund policy?

We won’t be satisfied unless you are satisfied with your purchase. We think you’ll love our products, but if you are not 100% happy with Dabble & Dollop, please send an email to info@dabbleanddollop.com (within 30 days of your purchase) to let us know. We will work with you to return the unused product(s) to us (using the return information provided on your packing slip), and we will provide a refund authorization once received. We will refund you for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping.

Can I exchange a product?

If you received items in error, please contact us at info@dabbleanddollop.com and our Customer Service team will work with you to ensure you receive the proper items.

Can I return a gift?

If you would like to return a gift that was shipped directly to you, we can provide a gift credit with Dabble & Dollop for the value of your return (net of shipping). Please contact us at info@dabbleanddollop.com and we will help you out!

How do I start the refund process?

We are sorry you didn’t absolutely love your Dabble & Dollop purchase. Please contact our customer service team at info@dabbleanddollop.com and we will work with you to make things right!

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

Yes, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping on returned items. We recommend using a major carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS or Priority Mail) to ensure that your items reach us safely and promptly. Our shipping return address and label will be provided on your product packing slip.

Where can I purchase Dabble & Dollop products?

You can purchase any Dabble & Dollop product from Dabbleanddollop.com or from an authorized retailer. We also sell on Amazon.

Do you have discounts or promo codes that I can use for my order?

If you haven’t signed up for our emails or followed us on Instagram and Facebook – please do! We will let you know about our latest launches, news and special offers.

Can I use more than one promo code at a time?

Promotion codes are limited to one code per order, and in some cases, promotions can only be redeemed once per person. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes. All promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be use once expired. Promotions are not redeemable for cash. Dabble & Dollop reserves the right to change or rescind offers and promotion codes at any time. Please note that misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancellation.If you are having an issue with a promo code, please be sure your order meets all qualifications for the promo code or that the code is still valid. What forms of payment do you accept?

We have worked to make it as easy as possible to join our Dabble & Dollop family! You can pay using most major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and PayPal! We do not accept Bitcoin or other virtual currencies at this time.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you need to make a change or cancel an existing order, please contact info@dabbleanddollop.com as soon as possible for assistance.

What are the benefits of having a Dabble & Dollop account?

By creating an account on Dabbleanddollop.com you will be able to keep record of all your purchases, billing, and order tracking information. You can also store multiple shipping addresses to expedite the check-out process. If you choose to receive emails (which we highly suggest!), you will also be the first to know about the new scents we launch and promotions.

You’re not going to spam me are you?

We promise that we won’t be the kind of company sending you emails every other day. We’d love to share news of new product arrivals and deals, but we respect your time (and your inbox), so you’ll only hear from us when it really makes sense!

How do I create an account?

I’m having trouble logging into my account, how do I recover my password?

How to I subscribe or cancel my Dabble & Dollop email subscription?

You can easily subscribe to our emails by clicking on our SUBSCRIBE form and entering your email address. Want to cancel your email subscription? We hate to see you go! But, if you must, you can easily unsubscribe by clicking on our UNSUBSCRIBE form.

Does anyone else see the information that I provide to you?

We will not share or sell your email/information to anyone. We hate that. Also, you can easily subscribe to our emails by clicking on our SUBSCRIBE form and entering your email address. Product Questions

Do your products have expiration dates?

Our products have gone through rigorous stability testing and are designed to have a shelf life of three years from the date of manufacture. We suggest that once opened, you discard any unused product after a period of one year from its opening. This is something you should really do with all products in your bath.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes – and furthermore, we’ve actually taken the extra step of sourcing bottles made from Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastic so we’re doing all we can to make sure we’re keeping our carbon footprint to a minimum!

Are your products safe for all ages?

Yes, absolutely! While we designed the products for children ages 2-12, they have been tested as safe for babies, older children, parents, and even grandparents! Dabble & Dollop products all underwent extensive testing to obtain a “tear-free” claim, meaning the products themselves do not cause any eye irritation. Keep in mind, a toddler may not enjoy getting product in their eyes, even if it doesn’t sting, so we do not recommend putting product in the eyes and this is stated on our bottles. We also had the product tested by dermatologists to ensure we could claim Dabble & Dollop is “hypoallergenic.” And strawberry scented hugs from grandma? What’s better than that?!

Do you test your products on animals?

No, we do not test our products on animals, and we have verified that each of our ingredients has not been tested on animals, either.

Are your products all-natural/organic?

While Dabble & Dollop aims for its products to be as natural as possible, we believe it is more important that the ingredients in them be effective and safe. While Dabble & Dollop is not Certified Organic, uur surfactants are 100% naturally derived from plant-based sources and all other our other primary ingredients are naturally derived and sustainably sourced. Keep in mind plenty of “natural ingredients” are irritating (e.g. essential oils) and tend to become unstable over time. So, in order to give our products those lovely, lasting aromas, we opted to formulate with safe and stable nature identical fragrances which were custom designed for us by the nation's leader in fragrance design.

Why do you use fragrance in your products?

The joyful aromas of Dabble & Dollop are a critical part of the sensory experience for children. For example, it was essential that our tangerine smelled like a tangerine was literally being peeled in front of you.


With 20+ years of experience in the cosmetics ingredients industry, we consciously elected not use essential oils for fragrance. Why? With essential oils we would have sacrificed the authenticity of our fresh aromas, and furthermore would have seen a degradation of color and stability over time. Additionally, essential oils can contain more allergens, can be irritating, and aren’t always sustainably sourced. Therefore we felt that selecting nature-identical (synthetic) fragrance and natural sourcing was the better choice.


Our fragrances meet current IFRA standards, are phthalate free, prop 65 compliant, vegan and non-GMO. Our fragrances do not contain any of the 186 banned or restricted compounds by RIFM (Research Institute of Fragrance Materials). Our fragrances, used at or under 1% in all formulations, are comprised of natural compounds and nature-identical compounds (synthetics).


With all that said, we do understand that some children (and adults) have a hyper-sensitivity to fragrance. If that is the case, we are sorry, but Dabble & Dollop may not be the best choice for your family.

Are your products sustainable & eco-friendly?

We have made every effort to make our products as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible. First, our formulations are cold-processed, meaning absolutely no heat is required to produce them. We only use what is absolutely necessary – and all it takes is seven ingredients. Our founder spent twenty years working in the personal care ingredients industry. She used that knowledge to select ingredients that were sustainably sourced and produced here in the USA. Our bottles are also made using PCR plastic (post-consumer recycled).

Are Dabble & Dollop products vegan and gluten-Free?

Yes, our products are vegan and gluten-free.

Are your products non-irritating?

Yes. It was critical that we could ensure our products would not be irritating to skin or eyes, therefore, we engaged a third party laboratory to conduct safety testing comprised of a six week HRIPT (Human Repeated Insult Patch Testing) as well as eye sting test for the tear-free claim.

If your child has a skin condition such as psoriasis or atopic dermatitis, we suggest you use extra caution when using Dabble & Dollop (or any cosmetic product, for that matter) as skin is compromised and more likely to become irritated.

Does Dabble & Dollop use parabens or phthalates?

No. We do not use parabens or phthalates in any of our products.
