Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
At Dabble & Dollop, your privacy matters to us. We believe in being transparent about how we collect, use, and share your information — and giving you control over it. This page explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and how you can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information as defined by California law.
What Does “Do Not Sell or Share” Mean?
Under California law, some of the ways we use cookies and share information with advertising and analytics partners may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — even if no money changes hands. This can include activities like using cookies to serve personalized ads or measure marketing performance.
While Dabble & Dollop does not sell your personal information in the traditional sense, we want to give you the same choice and transparency required by law.
How to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by taking one or more of the following steps:
- Browser Cookie Settings: Adjust your cookie preferences via the Internet browser you are using. Typically, this can be done by going to the browser Settings. Then, under Privacy, Security or Cookies, you should be able to block 3rd party cookies.
- Email Us: You may also submit an opt-out request by emailing info@dabbleanddollop.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”
- Authorized Agents: If you use an authorized agent to submit this request, we may require proof of authorization.
Once we receive your request, we will honor your choice and update your preferences within the time period required by California law, which is 15 business days.
What Happens When You Opt Out?
When you opt out of sale or sharing, we will stop using your personal information for targeted advertising or sharing it with third-party partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may still see ads online — but they may be less relevant to your interests.
Other Privacy Rights
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information. You can learn more about these rights and how to exercise them in our California Privacy Notice.
